In the Chinese and Japanese Healing- and Martial Arts the Hara, our belly is considered to be the Centre of our Life Energy. Grounding is the basis for a healthy energy flow in the Hara. It influences your stand and confidence in life giving you a sense of direction and allowing you to be joyous and at ease.
Dancing, Breathing, Hara Centring and Grounding exercises will help you reconnect with your Hara centre and feel your solid connection with the earth.
You will learn simple techniques from Shiatsu and Hara Awareness Massage, like conscious touch, stretches, pressure on the meridians and energy work. Supporting each other in a loving awareness of your body, your roots and your Hara will be nourished allowing the energy to flow freely again. You experience a deep relaxation into the space of silence and oneness.
By the end of this course you will be able to share a full body session with friends.
